Awfis Sterling is a well maintained commercial office space. I visited Metta Social there. The place has two-level lift parking, security and service staff. My friends at Metta Social said they were happy with the facilities provided.

Great Location, ample parking space. Awfis Baner is located near Baner hills and the area is pretty quiet. The area around the premises is farily newly developed and although there are essential shops nearby, you might have to walk a little further for a Chai Tapri. Other than that it has good connectivity to Benguluru highway and has internal connectivity to pimple nilakh via well paved cement roads.

Very bad experience. We used to supply Tea here, they say they will clear your amount with 15 days. But i did not get my money for 5 months. They don't pick ur calls , they don't reply to your messages. Unprofessional behaviour.
