Hello Everyone I am a cleartrip telesales Employee Cleartrip is good and branded Company & easy to work the environment is so good. about my quality & performance score is 100%-90% you can check also On the day of last Saturday I am just on 7 connected call with 5 leads and 1 hour Talktime when my shift is over he says me to extend the shift due to low productivity but not have to listening what the reason I am not well that day due to fast he is just shouting me like a immature person an point outing my religious and I got mentally disturbed I got into trauma after his behaviour towards me he shout me on floor He screaming me on floor everybody was looking at me If he should give me any feedback he can give me in personal I have no issue that day I was not well so that's why I m not have the capacity to make calls I was pushing myself but he doesn't understood I told him I am observing fast today he told so what should I do I feel very bad at that time I am just leaving this job only because of the manager Ajay Vallinayagam he is disrespected manager he is not know how to talk with the employee he is just like immature person Many good employee are already leave the job because of it's bad tone my last word will be we are working with the branded company and with the good environment but the manager tone is not good if the company respect the employee then the employee will do the 100% good productivity and connected with the company as long as the company needs him. thanks team for your good support please do the needful for other employees and upcoming employees. It is all I can ask from a co-working space, from the office space, cafeteria, even the effort taken by the Awfis manager (Archana) for the recreational activities for the employees is second to none. Very satisfied with the services provided here.
