Flexi plans are not recommended. You will neither get a car parking nor a proper chair and table to sit. You will be made to sit in a cafeteria on a dining table, where other people will have food, snacks and coffee beside you, the entire day. But the staff were courteous and patient enough to listen to our queries. Also note the staff will only come by 10am and if you plan to reach and work early, it will be a challenge.

The worst space in Nungambakkam for an office. Out of 3 lifts one is shut off due to license issue and they didn't bother about it. Restrooms are worst maintained with water on the floor. Very poor and limited parking space for so many offices in the building.

Not a great work space ! - Poor car parking facility - Meeting rooms facilities are too basic - The chairs at meeting rooms are good for an hour maximum as no ergonomic chairs are deployed - more importantly there is no natural light, so long hour meetings will create claustrophobic feel - very difficult to get staff’s attention

No parking spaces for bikes, low maintenance, no pantry available they don't have license it seems when asked. No entertainment space available like snooker table or carrom board to play. Workspace is good and House keeping staffs are good. For that only I gave 2 stars, else they don't even deserve 0 stars.

Very nice place to share workspace. Good facilities and localit is in a hot place.
