Q: Are there any lock-ins, security deposit or any other charges?

There are no other charges - the prices are inclusive of all amenities and facilities. There are no lock-ins. A security deposit equivalent to 1 months rent is needed. The payment terms may vary in case you need any customisation made to the workspace

About Udyog Vihar

Udyog Vihar is situated on NH8, 8km from Indira Gandhi International Airport and close to the Delhi-Gurgaon border. With about 1200 industrial and commercial units, Udyog Vihar is an industrial zone located in Gurgaon, Haryana. The location of Udyog Vihar is in Sector 19 in Gurgaon. It is located northeast of the city of Gurgaon.

Udyog Vihar is well-connected and well-designed. A viable transportation option is Rapid Metro Gurgaon and the Indusind Bank Cyber City metro station on the Yellow line. The Sikanderpur metro station is connected to Rapid Metro Station DLF Phase III to several areas of Delhi and Gurgaon. Buses, cabs, and autorickshaws are other common transport vehicles available.

Coworking Space

It’s the flagship office space for AIHP. Offices are decent and fairly maintained. But it lacks many important aspects. There is not enough parking space within the premises. Vehicles are stacked one behind the other and in case of emergency it can take multiple minutes to take out your vehicle. God knows what will happen if fire vehicles are required to reach office in case of emergency. Basement parking is always a mess with more than half inch dust.
