A really bad experience, the office was very dingy with inadequate lighting. The staff didn’t provide proper information assuming even a first-time customer is aware and should ask themselves. The internet want working when complained got a response that it’s working and it’s your laptop issue which wasn’t the case since my hotspot was working better. They ask per personal information with no security of customer data and No feedback system for any queries.
