Coworking Space

Front desk very poor. Slow check in and no drinks offered. At check out I was charged £357 for a can of coke still waiting to get this resolved. Bar was closed and pool was closed. Spa was great and so was the gym. Hotel room cleaner on floor 11 was very good and did a great job whilst being very friendly.
