Frankly speaking, I was surprised to meet with their HRs I didn't have any idea before that except bpo I can apply for the corporate as well. In the beginning everything was going well. However, after the 2nd round I was rejected without knowing why I wasn't perfect for the proctor role. I heard about them that they have a good and professional team they encouraged and give a chance to new people however after all such things happen I don't think they have a versatile team. There just after within seconds I met with one of the guys who was my TL in the previous MNC he was already working there. And within a few minutes I got to know that I should leave without knowing the reason for being rejected. I belongs to the fine art background I did many freelance artworks with good brands but after COVID erupted I lost my small start up so chose the multinational industry. So that I could sustain myself and family. So was this a wrong decision? Or I don't have the right to choose a different profession. Still I have greatly completed my 2 years of experience in the same domain. If it was the reason for rejecting any individual. Then no one needs to change their genre because the corporates never give you any more chance to grow up and you can never experience new challenges. I still appreciate that HR as per the discussion with her I thought she can understand the circumstances of everyone. But not the higher delegates.
