Bad experience. Will not recommend. Murulidhara, the erstwhile owner skillfully took 10 months deposit from us. And in a few days just went absconding. The partner then decided unilaterally that our rents and deposit is irrecoverable forever. He wished to sign a new agreement with new terms and enhanced rent. We lost a lot of money but were just happy to get out of that place. Good riddance. A bunch of scammers. Please stay away from such fly by night guys.

Pathetic hospitality. We lost money. Not trust worth person. Once we say will quit, his treatment is bad. Till now we not got advance amount back . We used to get shock when we touch the doors. He did not resolve it. Worst experience. Stay away from this space.
