Bad experience. Will not recommend. Murulidhara, the erstwhile owner skillfully took 10 months deposit from us. And in a few days just went absconding. The partner then decided unilaterally that our rents and deposit is irrecoverable forever. He wished to sign a new agreement with new terms and enhanced rent. We lost a lot of money but were just happy to get out of that place. Good riddance. A bunch of scammers. Please stay away from such fly by night guys.
