Spaced Out provides all amenities and facilities like Metro Connectivity, Separate Washroom, Pantry Area, Chairs & Desks, Air Conditioners, Meeting Rooms, 2 wheeler parking, 4 wheeler parking, Wifi, Stationery, Printer, Power Backup, Charging and Water. Any other specific requirement you may have can be made available on request.

Can the office space be customised based on our requirements?

Yes, for teams of size greater than 15 - areas inside the workspace can be modified to meet any specific requirements you may have(seating arrangement, signage, private enclosed areas etc). Please get in touch to know more.

Are there any lock-ins, security deposit or any other charges?

There are no other charges - the prices are inclusive of all amenities and facilities. There are no lock-ins. A security deposit equivalent to 1 months rent is needed. The payment terms may vary in case you need any customisation made to the workspace
