awfis provides all amenities and facilities like Separate Washroom, Metro Connectivity, Lift, Cafeteria, Pantry Area, Chairs & Desks, Air Conditioners, Meeting Rooms, 2 wheeler parking, 4 wheeler parking, Tea, Coffee, Wifi, Storage Space, Printer, Power Backup, Charging and Water. Any other specific requirement you may have can be made available on request.

Yes, for teams of size greater than 15 - areas inside the workspace can be modified to meet any specific requirements you may have(seating arrangement, signage, private enclosed areas etc). Please get in touch to know more.

There are no other charges - the prices are inclusive of all amenities and facilities. There are no lock-ins. A security deposit equivalent to 1 months rent is needed. The payment terms may vary in case you need any customisation made to the workspace
