Q: Are there any lock-ins, security deposit or any other charges?

There are no other charges - the prices are inclusive of all amenities and facilities. There are no lock-ins. A security deposit equivalent to 1 months rent is needed. The payment terms may vary in case you need any customisation made to the workspace

Coworking Space

Great place to chill out with friends and family. It has a great variety of restaurants, cafes, and bars. The ambience is lively and perfect for hanging out with friends or enjoying a delicious meal. Lots of cool pubs & clubs to dance off through the night. The ambience here makes it an ideal destination for stepping out. The ambience is just fantastic, especially in the evenings with live music and buzzing crowds. It's the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of work or to catch up with friends over delicious food and drinks. Parking on weekends can be a problem. Charges Rs 60 for the first 3 hours after that Rs 100 per additional hour.
