Cafes, restaurants and lounges usually have a low day time occupancy or remain closed until evening. Meanwhile there is a need for consistent spaces where people can work, meet or network regularly. We at myHQ, takes up these spaces and turn them into rent free working zones.
HOW IS myHQ RENT FREE IF I HAVE TO PAY A SUBCRIPTION FEE?
The myHQ subscription fee is redeemable at our partner spaces for Food and Beverages. As a myHQ member you also get exclusive discount at these spaces. Hence you end up redeeming more than what you had initially paid.
HOW DO I WORK OUT OF A CAFE/LOUNGE? ISN'T IT USUALLY LOUD AND NOISY?
At myHQ we take up very curated spaces. myHQ workspaces are either bar/lounges which are exclusively open for coworking during the day hours or cafe/restaurants where we have a separate dedicated area reserved for coworking. All these spaces are well lit, quite, have just the perfect desk/table and comfortable seating which allow you to work without disturbances for long hours.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT MYHQ SUBSCRIPTION PLANS?
• 1 Visit PLAN
The 1 Visit Plan is available for INR 299 and gives you access to a myHQ Space for a single day. With the day plan you get INR 200 worth of redeemable credit along with all other myHQ Membership benefits.
• 5 Visit PLAN
The 5 Day Plan is available for INR 1249 and gives you access to myHQ Spaces for any 5 days in a year. The subscription plan has no expiry. With the 5 day plan you get INR 1000 worth of reedemable credit along with all other myHQ Membership benefits.
• 20 Visit PLAN
The 20 Visit Plan is available for INR 4499 and gives you access to a myHQ Space for any 20 days in a year. The subscription plan has no expiry. With the 20 visit plan you get INR 4000 worth of redeemable credit along with all other myHQ Membership benefits.

Your membership begins from the day of your first use.
DO YOU REQUIRE ANY DEPOSITS?
No! There aren't any deposits. Our daily, weekly and monthly plans provide you with the stability of a space along with the flexibility you need.
WHAT ARE THE WORKING HOURS? WHEN ARE THE SPACES OPEN?
Generally all our spaces are available from 9am - 10pm, Monday through Sunday. However, each myHQ space has a different operating time which is mentioned on the detail page on the website and mobile app.
WHERE CAN I FIND OUT MORE ABOUT THE myHQ F&B Discounts?
Every myHQ Space has a different discount scheme which are mentioned on the details page on the website and mobile app. We customize out schemes at each space to make sure that it's light on your pockets.
DOES myHQ OFFER ANY REFERRAL REWARDS?
Yes! myHQ offers you and your friend up to 3 visits and 700INR redeemable credits free for every succesful referral. There are no limits to the number of referral bonuses a member can acquire. HOW MUCH DO I GET ON A SUCCESFUL REFERRAL?
For every person you refer, you get 100 myHQ Credits when they take a free trial. When they buy a 20 visit subscription, you get 3 visits and 600 myHQ credits free. When they buy a 5 visit subscription, you get 2 visits and 400 myHQ credits free. When they buy a 1 visit subscription you get 1 visit and 200 credits free.

HOW DO F&B REEDEEMABLE CREDITS WORK?
Your myHQ Subscription pass includes a monthly FnB credit allocation, which can be used at any of our partner spaces. Credits do not rollover from month to month. Every myHQ workspace has a myHQ payment terminal, which can be used to redeem your credits.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I HAVE EXHAUSTED MY F&B CREDITS?
After you have used all your F&B credits you can still continue using the workspace till you subscription expires or you finish your visits, however to avail the F&B offers and discounts you will need to recharge your account from the myHQ app.
WHAT ARE THE SIZES OF THE myHQ WOKRSPACES?
myHQ workspace size varies per location. Generally, our workspaces can easily accommodate up to 30 people
CAN GUESTS VISIT ME AT myHQ WORKSPACES?
Yes. Just make sure you register them via myHQ app.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
