The Intellect Space provides all amenities and facilities like 4 wheeler parking, 2 wheeler parking, Pantry Area, Power Backup, Coffee, Wifi, First Aid Kit, Separate Washroom, Fire Extinguisher, Meeting Rooms, Water, Charging, Tea, Air Conditioners, Security Personnel, Chairs & Desks and Printer. Any other specific requirement you may have can be made available on request.

Yes, for teams of size greater than 15 - areas inside the workspace can be modified to meet any specific requirements you may have(seating arrangement, signage, private enclosed areas etc). Please get in touch to know more.

There are no other charges - the prices are inclusive of all amenities and facilities. There are no lock-ins. A security deposit equivalent to 1 months rent is needed. The payment terms may vary in case you need any customisation made to the workspace
